In order to make potions you need the skill alchemy. (at least 2 skillpoints)
Drag a small bottle over the mushrooms and you get your potion.

no i haven't been kicked out yet of the castle but i've been in the sewers.

the gold to janus is behind a door. How come i cab't open the door??

and theres a few other places with locked doors that have gold behond them. How can i get to them??

You can't open the doors in the castle, you can't use lockpits because magic doesn't work in the castle.
Forget the gold it is not important, you will find gold somewhere else.

The name of the book is "Philosophy of life".
Don't forget to save the game before to talk to the statue.

Yes take the shield you will find other pieces of the dragon armor set later in the game.
It is something which looks like quest.

You have to play the game without your teleporting stones and later in the game you will meet antx again and he will give you back the teleporting stones.

Yes it is a dead end. If you are strong enough you can kill the executioner you will get a very nice axe and XP points.

dorian is going to excuted and i have talked with gaurds and village ppl and they nobody is happy that hes going to excuted for such a small crime..... is there a way to rescue him??

No you cannot rescure Dorian, his fate is sealed. For Tipsix's key, try searching around inside the Blue Boar Inn.

Gems are only good for selling. The statuettes are useful if you want to go unnoticed, and the frog is very fast.

You won't get rewarded for saving Tibus; his father Sir Dante either doesn't pay up or gives you fake gold, I can't remember which.

The only way to cure all 3 patients is to pickpocket one of the people you've already given the cure flask to, or kill them and take it.

There is a hatch near Lanilor's room.

in the blue boar inn?? there is no hatch there and lanilor has a room in there??

Yes, the healers should be staying there if you've completed the quest to have them escorted there to deal with the plague problem. The hatch is to the west (left) side of the main tavern room.
