You ran into the very bad resistance bug, which is very well known to us.

You have two options now.

1) download the latest patch !
The problem is that you would have to start a new game, as savegames before can´t be used anymore. On the other hand is the release version full of bugs, which almost all are cancelled out with this patch.


2) edit your stats (resistances) with iZakaron´s save editor .
