As if all of Jerl's frustrations brake out at once, he roars " WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!! " and try as he might to remove the cross, it fuses to his body and his thin skeletal form begins to glow.
After afew minutes, Jerl falls to the floor, limp but 'breathing' normally, Piro looks at him closely and she can see the warmth beginning to show, and it is obvious that putting the cross over Jerl's head has removed the dispicaple disease.
Jerl how ever is not well, it is noticable that he needs treatment from a healer, Piro wonders how she is going to explain all this to the badly needed cleric.
