FOX has acknowledged that there is a bad batch of ANH DVDs and they are offering replacement discs. If you suspect that you might have one of the "bad" discs, call FOX's customer service at 1-888-223-2FOX to get a replacement. The errors range from stuttering/skipping at the begining of certain chapters and players locking up/freezing at those chapters.
