One of my favourite poems is still one I have written 1986/87 myself. This is the version from 1991 as appeared in the "Abitur"-Zeitung [the Abitur ("Abi") is the last grade you can receive in a German school which allows you to visit University] :

I've heard it all in the tune.

Like starlight the music was (I heard);
