Beyond the Dark Forest and beyond the mountians is a long forgotten cemetary. It's name once hung over the rusted gate but the rain and snow over the years has made the letters unreadable. Many of the tombstones are crubbled heeps of stone, all except one. This stone that I speak of is shaped like an angel wheeping. Black and white roses grow wild at it's base. Infront of the angel shaped stone, kneeing in the snow is a figure dressed in a white robe. It is unclear weither it is a male or female. It appears to be praying.

Snow was falling down, grey colors everywhere. The wind whispered an ancient song, long forgotten. No bird had the courage to interupt this sound, but suddenly there was a different voice to hear.
The white dressed person began to sing together with the wind. It was a sound that was never heard before in dark forest, even the animals began to listen.

The song was clearly that of a woman..singing in the language of the dark elves of all things. Few that heard this song new it's meaning, for most were only that of forest animals. But the animals knew it was sad. The snow seemed to stop falling just to listen.
"Dosst streea zhahus noamuth wun l' mzil nindel tois xuil dos, ussta ssinssrigg," and so on in this strange tongue.
When the song ended it seemed even the trees wept. But there was one creature that was not moved by this song. It stood at the entrance to the cemetary, dressed in black garments darker then the deepest night. It watched the one in white with silence, waiting.

The dark elven maid stood up and gazed at the man standing there.
"Do you really have to disturb me here Arachnor? Isn´t it enough that you killed the only love I had in my long life?"
The dark robed man just watched her and remained silent.
"Arachnor, your powers extend mine but I swear to you that if you don´t leave me alone in my dispair, I will forget that we are on holy ground here."
Suddenly the dark robed man raised his voice, a voice warm and ice cold at once, a voice that could melt ice and cut glaciers.
"Elandonia, you were not supposed to love a human, he would have died after short time anyway, and he disturbed my plans. I came here to see your tears, it means a ot to me to find you weak and... ...almost human."
"You may be the greatest mage of the world Arachnor, but you never felt like a human, although you are one, and I´m not.", Elandonia answered.

Arachnor's laugher is hollow. The animals that were once so moved by the elf's singing are now frightened by the human's laughter. "It matters not that I am a human, Elandonia. I am so powerful, I can make myself live forever. But you dissapoint me. Instead of tears you are singing that song again. That damned song." He frowns as he steps through the gate and over to the drow. Looking down at the name upon the grave. "Shinshuru. It's good that he died before he found out who you really are."

"You know that I could resurrect him from the dead, don´t you?" Arachnor claimed.
"I could let him no that you were once called Elandonia the doomed, that hundreds people fell under your spell, that mankind was terrified when it saw your beautiful yet pale face."
"I changed myself" Elandonia sayed, "because I once found a man who wasn´t terrified, who really loved me and who had the power to give my life a shape I never had expected it could have."
"He only wasn´t terrified, because you never told him wo you are!" Arachnor grinned.
"Arachnor, you have forgotten something, he is dead and that means i have no intention to behave human like any more..."
Arachnors eyes widened as Elandonia pulled out a silver shining blade ready to change things forever.

Elandonia has highly skilled in combat, but one word from Arachnor was all it would take to end her life and she knew it. To die upon this scared ground, to die beside her only love's body. She had nothing more to live for. Arachnor knew this, but she was his only amusment these days. These times when war never really happened it was only talked aboubt. She was all that was left of a time of death and sorrow. She brought back his dark memories. No, he would not kill her..if she wanted to die she would have to kill herself. As she screamed out her death scream, Arachnor spoke a word that would make her fall into a deep sleep. "V'dri."
Elandonia could not longer hold on to the sword..she was falling. Her old look of fury was upon her face as she heard that word, knew it was not to end her life. She cursed him as she fell onto the snow covered ground.

Arachnor gazed down at Elandonia, staring at her motionless body. All he could see was the slight breathing of a gentle sleep and silence surrounding them both.
Once again it began to snow as if to blanket Elandonia in comfort but as it touched her soft pale face, the snow melted into tears.

Xardorasch was sure that this time he would find what he was searching for what seemed ages to him. The secret graveyard beyond the dark forest. the treasure in it´s catacombs where said to be divine.
And then he saw the forgotten place, he had found it, soon his treasures would extend the treasures of his king. It was a good decision to leave the dwarfen halls.
Suddenly he stopped, there was an elven maid lying in the snow. Xardorasch ran over to the beautiful lady and tried to wake her up.

"She wont wake up." said a soft voice that seemed to come from no where and everywhere all at once.
"Who said that?" said Xardorasch as he looked around. The snow was falling harder now, making it difficult to see.
A small white cat stepped out from behind the angel shaped stone. It walked over beside Xardorasch and looked at him with sad eyes. "She wont wake up. An evil spell was put upon her."

The small white cat said these words as if it had a smirk on its face,"But" it said, while trundling of in an eastern direction, "there is an answer! follow me" and while its tail was high in the air it slowly walked sensuously towards a grave that had some unusual plants growing near it.
The cat sat down and began to carefully lick it's paws, "Meioaauw, what are you waiting for you simple Hooman" it grinned, "the plants, brew them and use them" and continued the grooming process

Xardorasch stared at the cat in disbelief, but then he decided that it was time to obey a talking cat.
He cut some of the plants and put them into a pot in which he usually destilled some high value alcoholic drinks. Not that he liked what he brewed, but there was no room for dozens of bottles in his pocket.
Soon a strang smell filled the air as the special flowers from the grave began to boil.

Once again, Xardorasch mumbles to himself as he looks around.
He can barely make out the cemetary through the heavy falling snow. Glancing back at the cat the dwarf speaks, "Well my little friend, it seems this storm grows upon us and we must find shelter."
The snow covered cat purrrs softly as it sniffs at the potion and then replies, "Soon, very soon."

After what seemed like hours the cat finally runs over to Xardorasch and licks his poor frost bitten hand. "It's time. Now, you must open her mouth and poor this potion down her throat. It will take a few moments, but within a few minutes she should awaken. She probably won't remember who she is at first, so be warned." and with that, the cat runs off again.
Xardorasch mumbles to himself all kinds of curses for being stuck in this situation. All he wanted was some gold.

But anyway, he seemed to have no choice. He filled some of the strange tea into a bottle and walked over to the sleeping elven maid.
"Maybe she knows about the treasure" he tried to motivate himself. Then he opened her mouth and poured the drink in.

Xardorasch holds Elandonia in his arms praying that his time was not wasted and such a cure will work.
Moments pass as he sees that she will awaken but his concern is still on the storm. He slides his arms beneath the elven lady and carries her into the fury pushing forward.
With each step the dwarf begins to remember about the treasures to be found and starts to lose his way. He walks blindly without seeing and the storm holds no effect on him as he carries this sleeping beauty in his arms.
Xardorasch was not a simple dwarf and walked with a stride, treasure is what he seeks yet pride gives him strength in holding this elven lady. He once again focuses on finding shelter and evading the storm.
Xardorasch mumbles, "I must carry on, she shall awaken soon."

Little did Xardorasch know, he was walking towards the heart of the cemetary.
As the cold wind howls Xardorasch starts to ponder to himself. Could have not the tea been strong enough, surly she should have awoken by now. Or perhaps the curse put upon her was even greater than known. The dwarf grumbles and continues with strong steps through the snow.
Until at last Xardorasch takes sight of yet another life within the cemetary. Great in size and many arm lenghts around, stands a huge tree before him. At last, something to at least shelter us from the wind drifts through the dwarf's mind. In that moment Xardorasch feels a rustling within his arms and looks at Elandonia. Her movement is subtle yet she is still not awake, almost as in a bad dream and trying to break free.
The erbs must finally be working...
