To kill the talking tree, you have to have level 5 lockpick and enter the cellar hidden under Dragrins house in Verdistis, then get some buads tea from the cellar and throw it at the tree.

You can only rescue kroxy when you know he's there, scry for the orc member in the scrying room.

You have to put the sword back in the stone, or the elves die in fiu nimble (except Bronthion I think) so really you do have to put it back.

Doesn't really matter what your reputation is, it doesn't affect the game except that guards and townspeople have better attitude towards you.

Just keep going north from where Zandalor is in the council hall, but if you kill the succubus all the other monsters in the council hall die, so you would miss out on experience unless you kill them all.

1. Remeber for the tea, the hatch is hidden under a bed. Also take a CLOSED barrel and dont throw with it untill your at the tree. Rember dont kill the tree before you've done the two quest involving it.

2. About the debt. Go to lucas and alk about the bedt. Tell him you'll pay for it and go back to Patrick and pay the debt. That should do the trick.
