i played the demo i really like spellforce i went online and played against 4 dif people and of course i chose the evil undead woman and right when i was going to attack them all they all left the server all they wanted too dow as build and i already had an army <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

is it worth getting this game? or waiting for BD while playing the BD demo and IMprunner?

I just finished it Sunday and I really liked it. Good mix of RPG and RTS elements and I found the plot quite interesting. I definitely recommend it!

how do you get to farlorns hope?
I need to find the 4 sharves of magic glass, and allready have 2, but the other 2 are in farlorns hope, but the portal is closed <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />

You've obviously been to the "rift" already. The map with the portal to the rift also contains a portal to Farlorn's Hope. Can't remember the name of the map but I think it starts with an "M"? I know its got those agonizing medusas. Hope that helps <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Started playing this game this weekend. Awesome! Its like warcraft 3 with a brain! I find the zoom in and out functions serve little more than eye-candy though. I think I'm onto the 3rd map or something like that..... It was even worth upgrading my graphics card to play it! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Sweet, I have a lvl 6 necromancer at the moment. Drain life is a very, very cool spell. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" /> I've heard you can finish the game at about lvl 30 or so.

thats the great thing about the game, you can play it over with totally different chars.
Right now a have a warrior, with only heavy combat skills <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I think I have F*cked up my character <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

I have heavy combat arts - heavy swords
and heavy shields

But all heavy swords are 2 handed afaik, and so I can't use shields, which would mean I have used 8 worthless skillpoints <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />

Sadly, for the most part, yes. Although, toward the end, you will get to pick up a sweet one-hander (heavy or light combat) through a quest. If you want to know which quest just let me know.

Nope, not the Earthblade. This one is a lot better than the Earthblade.
