Make sure there aren't as many quest bugs as there were in DD! I hate it when I can't complete quests because in an open ended game I didn't do as the designers anticipated.. Couldn't finish Tingulf(or whatever hisname was)'s quest, or the dragon breastplate quest from Sir Patrick(which was never even offered to me), etc etc... Do some more Q&A... Plus, get some people who could properly spell for the translations so the game does not look sloppy again... Then the game would be perfect : )....
