Think about it most people sleep 8 hours a day
that's 1/3 of a 24 hour day
if people sleep 8 hours a day, that means when they're 60 years old, they must have spent 20 years of their lives sleeping!!!!

Hmm I knew about the "Sleep Formula" been around for a while <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shhh.gif" alt="" /> , however here in Australia we have 7 (Seven) days in a week and that means that I already live 5 years longer than the above formula permetates <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif" alt="" />
