When Marian made those ones, he selected the rune font and typed in upper and lower case, each case being slightly different. Perhaps something similar has happened here?

So, I don't think upper/lower case applies here - it would, if the "h" was a real capital letter, at the beginning of a word - or did I misunderstand upper/lower case? Perhaps they wrote the left side in All-Caps and the right hand side normally. So why aren't any of the other letters different. Stupid holey logic. Maybe they slipped and pressed the letter J? After viewing it in runes, you'd never pick it immediately unless you could read them.
