How did you translate the text ? Using babelfish ? And how ? Copy & paste ?
@Alrik: I just guessed it was an Asian language, and tried viewing using several different encodings. Copied and pasted the best result into
WorldLingo translator. DAD's results were better than mine, though... Hope he will post his method!

I used Babel Fish translator.
http://babelfish.altavista.com/But I have developed a method for doing so.
Firstly, I had to view the text in this encoding format:
{Chinese Taditional (Big 5)}
Then I copied it and pasted in MS-Word.
Then I pasted it again in Babel Fish interface.
Then I copied the translation to MS-Word.
Then I translated every unresolved "Cangi" and placed it in the corresponding place.
Those words are the gramatically unresolved words but they have a meaning in vocabulary.
That is why by placing them in their corresponding places should not make sense but should give a hint on the meaning that has to be relocated to make any sense.
From that point on it is a word scribble quiz.
