The silver armor should come from the stalker cave. The four ropes should be near the teleporter stone in the treasure cave. You also mentioned having 5 bottles of dwarven ale. Just for clarification, are those 5 bottles from Rimmer? They can't be from anyone else. Otherwise, you won't be able to get in. Finally, you should have one teleporter pyramid with you and one outside of the cave in order to return. Please look at this link if you wish to gain further clarification:
