by the way, it's hard for people to know that the editor exists in your page as it resides at the bottom of the MISC page. why don't u index the items present in the page by using anchors which u put the titles on top of the page & anchor them to the appropriate part of the page.

e.g., ....

PATCHES: 1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4

MISC FILES: DDIE 1.4 DDIE 1.3 DDIE Instructions

something like that. hope that might help.
