when i go talk to him in the SW corner of the merchant guildhouse i say i think he has something to do with dukes murder

then he sends some bandits to kill me and i kill them
but where did the guy go he suddenly dissapeared? where is he please?

Take a very detailed look to the room where you talked to him. he did not leave through the usual door but through a camouflaged one.

EDIT: i am now on the quest to restore Maria's reputation and it says that i can find the evidence hes stealing money from the merchant guild in his house

i decided not to kill maria but when i go to malcolm in merchant house he still says go kill here...

wheres malcolms house in verdistis with evidence of his stealing?

Malcolm's house is south of Sir Dante's mansion; it should be flagged on your main map.
If you agree to kill Maria, she will not talk to you, and you will not be able to restore her reputation. If you do not get that quest, I don't think the evidence will be in Malcolm's house.

ok now ive encountered a guy who says there are dissapearing gems at the poor area gravyard entrance somewhere.

but i cant seem to find it(the gems im at graceyard) some help could be usefull <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

+ they say theres a character named "ben" in poor area that wants some ale wher is he dont see a ben anywhere

and last question soryy for asking so much but i wanna do as much quest as possible "where do i get the feigh death potion for that guy that whats out of the army"

in the churche above the cursed abbey help the guy and he'll give you the potion.

Check the area just south of the quarantine area. From the path where the old man was head west.

Ben is on the castle wall; you should be able to talk to him and give him alcohol from outside the castle.
