Maybe because mine is on matnence by JvB and myself he didn't see it and thought there was room for him to come in and get his share of the titles.

depends, using free hosted boards etc is peice of cake.

Setting one up on own webspace from scratch is a lil harder, but still easy.

Writing own board software is a challenge.
