In my opinion creating a Fun Site is because you like something and you want to show it to more people. It is also a nice way to have fun and comunicate with other people. I certainly don't think that it should be made for titles. After all titles have no importance here. Everybody here likes (or dislikes) someone for what they write and how they behave and not for their titles. If I knew how to make a fan site, I sure would do it for my pleasure and not for gaining a title from Larians.
