Click on My Home then Edit Personal information, email, password, etc. Near the bottom of the page is a spot to put the URL to your picture. Just copy the URL from the page of avatars, and paste it in this box.

If you have your own graphic you want to use, check with your ISP. If they offer web space with your account, they should have some kind of FAQ or tutorial on setting up a personal web page.
