Anyway, if someone have upset someone (else), then someone (else) ignoring it won't solve the situation, and someone leaving won't solve it either. That someone is leaving feels to me a little rash. If I upset someone I would apologize (I think) and if someone ignored me, then I would do the same with him/her... Becase he/she is an idiot... If it's possible to get this person to come back so we can straighten things out, than this would be great. Pepole leaveing for incidents like this feels extremelly unnecesary.
