Hi to all!!

I just reached chapter 3 in blade and sword and the game is way better than I imagine. I can do 30+ hit combo with my sowrdsman now and the way the armor changes with the equiped jewels are great!!

I still wish for some better music in chapter 2 but boy oh boy do they fix this in chapter 3. That chapter is tremendous, looks good, great music, cool enemies, well all in all is a good game!!!

It is a mixture of Diablo2 and Throne of darkness.

I Read in some reviews that the us version will have multiplayer.

That will be good.!!

Could you please confirm, how are the graphics, people on other forums say that graphics are really bad, even worth than in D2. I have seen in reviews that resolution is locked to 800*600. Is this true?
And what about those chinese hieroglifes I have seen in screenshots? I am sorry, I can't understand chinese yet. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />

I had just made it to the end of chapter 1 when my computer went down and I lost my saves. Even in chap. 1 it definitely gets better the further you go. I've tried all 3 characters and the girl is the best imo. Before even acquiring any special skills I have discovered that I can set up a 15 hit combo with her just by alternating a couple of kicks with a couple of slashes over and over. In fact if she is fighting a group she will go on to over 40 hits in a row on multiple enemies. The game is really cool. I read one review which didn't like it in which the reviewer said a lot of things that showed he really didn't understand how the controls work. As far as the graphics are concerned, they are not great. But the Oriental setting is different and its good enough for me. Compare the game with Dungaeon Siege which has superior graphics to D2, Div Div or Blade & Sword, but turns out to be boring.
Btw oBosch, is it better to imbed gems as soon as I make perfect ones and upgrade them later, or better to wait until I have some really super ones before embedding? Same question on the sorcery bag.

Egin, I forgot to mention that yes the res is limited to 600x800, but I did notice a workaround posted at

Hi!!

The beauty of embeding is that you can remove any gem whenever you want to for just a small amount of money, so as soon as I have a gem I put it in my armor or sword, and when I find a better gem I just pay the blacksmith to take the gem out of my armor or sword and equip the new one. Same for the sorcery bag exept in the sorcery bag you put the items yourself without paying anybody!!!

Tip!!
Kill, Kil, Kill, every enemy you encounter, some enemies are a pain in the ....
and always use combos to kill enemies faster!!!

Well, the reviews aren't good. Actiontrip, for example, gave Blade and Sword 30/100. So I am warning you... look for a demo or something first.
