i promote the game every day, to friends and comp buddies,
just gushing praise for <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> and then adding about the newest release <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> coming up soon! So far half a dozen friends of mine have a copy of the game demo, and are wanting my copy of the full game... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/stupid.gif" alt="" />
but i simply tell them....no! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" /> ...go buy yer own.....or wait for the new one... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/kitty.gif" alt="" />
i need a preorder of six games so far......

For all those who think that voting is irrelevant : I do not agree.

I think that's it's nice to see that Beyond Divinity is in some voting lists for one thing and when it ends up on n°1 it will maybe trigger the attention of people who write about games. The more there is press coverage about this game the better, so what does one lousy click means for you...It is support for the game we all love and support for the team who is working on it so don't say it's irrelevant.

I think we all can agree that it is nice to see the Larians on top (of the list!!!) but it is just that some of these polls are plain .. dare I say it, .. yes stoopid , since you can just hit your back button and vote all over again, I did this once to prove a point on another forum, by going back and forth oh half a thousand times for 1 hour orso (yeah I know 'Get a life') and that's the reason these polls are not worth the pixels they are made out of, most of the time it is just for the website owners to decide how much content of a particular game they should allow for <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Point taken, and I have to agree but I just won't generalize the fact that voting is irrelevant. In some cases : yes, in some cases no. Personaly I like the voting system of "tothegame" in which we are strugling for months to get a higher ranking and I will continue to vote for <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> to give it the attention it deserves (and also <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" />² of course).
