On another note I think part of the reason this forum is so friendly is that there apear to be quite a few female members so the guys have to mind their manners ') which they don't on the more male game orientated forums which usualy degenerate into flamewars .
Personally, I highly doubt that. Politeness is a matter of the heart, not of the person.
What I mean is , if you have a (high) respect for someone, then you are just polite - especially when he or she is a good friend.
Personally, I'd rather consider this board hereas a kind of "Family" or simply as a group of friends than anything else.
If you consider someone rather as a close friend, your own way of dealing wiith that person is different than as if you'd consider the person as a "distand fiend". <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
