If these are in the <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> it would be nice if they followed you around, instead of wondering off and doing their own thing, like in DD. This would also apply to anything in the new game of similar design.

You will find that the skill "Aura of Command" will do that for you depending on the ranks in that skill depends on how many you can control <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

also the power/strength of the scorpions should depend on the skill level you have in creating them.

Since we can customise skills, why not let us customise our own scorpions?

Break the scorpion traps into the following aspects:
Durabilty (HP)
Intelligence ( % chance of following owner and not getting lost)
Damage
Poison Damage
Fire Resistance
Water Resistance
Earth Resistance
Air Resistance

Another approach will be to add in a 'Mechanic' skill which allows varying customisation to traps. Then the player will draft a template which describes the scorpions and go to the blacksmith and get it done.
