Don't you think he'd post the question about Divine Divinity forum if he wanted to ask about that in DD?

Well, actually we cannot say much about the intentions of the initial posting. Was it directed towards <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> or <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> ? We cannot say, only the poster can inform us.

By the way, mysteek was right : look here. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" />

Does this mean that at the end of the game you are still soulforged to the DK. And if true is this not a major spoiler on how the ending is => you're still soulforged??

This is offcourse a rethorical question that you can't answer because every answer you give would be a spoiler. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />

Why ? IMHO the soul-forging has nothing to do with the Battlefields ! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

This is a mistake a scientist shall NEVER make : connect two inciodents which have nothing to do with one another !

goal of the game: undo the soulforging

This will hopefully happen at the end of the game. So if you continue playing the DK will not be theire. => (If the DK is free, I think he's not willing to be with you one second longer) this also means that you have a huge tactical disadvantage => whole game with a very powerfull DK and after the end alone. thats basiclly loosing half your strenght. => so the battlefields will be a bit hard.

(Ok ih the DK falls inlove with the hero it would mean that it keeps with you after the doulforging is undone, but it seems unlickly)

But thats MHO. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/alien.gif" alt="" />

Actually that would be a pretty nifty way to extend the game by adding a new difficulty level--the 2nd time arpund you play without a death knight! It raises all kinds of philosophic questions too. For instance can good survive without the presence of evil, etc.
