Lets go a little further. Every minute cells die and are replaced => every minute an other person (physical offcource not mentally). So every minute do an ipconfig /renew so you get a new IP from your ISP and you can vote again and again. => some ISP take a long time to renew an ip so be carefull.

I think this would work but it is a little bit extreme IMHO. so I am not going to do this.
