@ luc: You can't vote withing the hour with the same email adress or the same ip adress.
So After 1 hour it is possible to vote, but under another email adress. After that you have to wait another hour.
It probably didn't work @ your work because the computers there probably are in a network with the same ip code (My guess, don't know to much about computers)
