In these days, we have to practicly 'beg' publishers to send one and then have to keep on asking over and over again if they've send one.
depends on the publisher, I have a friend (my clanleader actually) that does some freelance reviewing for 'netwerk', a dutch IT mag.
nintendo happely sends over copies before the release date, so does contact data (belgian games retailer), but about 3 days after the review deadline <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
Best is to have a steady contact for the publisher I guess.
