Raze Support Joined: Mar 2003 Location: Canada	You can try running the configuration program and (temporarily) switching to software mode (and maybe reduce the resolution). That helps with some cut scene problems, and may let you enter the castle. Random problems are much harder to diagnose. see; Troubleshooting Tips (& manual install procedure)
