You can use
iZakaroN's SaveEditor and / or
DAD's item editor (both also available from
Kiya's site with descriptions) to adjust your skills and items in order to test this.
I would guess it just doubles the base damage (maybe the strength bonus, unlikely passive skill bonuses), but have not use daggers or the Assassin's Kiss skill.
