i'm playing with the 1.34 pathch...ok, so i got the quest, went to the Town Watch Building and looted the place.....but never found the lockpicks. One of the two tables in the main room had a key in it, which i grabbed, but it did not give me the +20 dex or allow me to pick locks if i dropped my regular lock picks....i'm pretty sure i searched every room in the place. could this be a bug? am i an idiot and searching in the wrong building?
any insight would be appriciated, thanks for you time.
