ok, nothing else was working so i did the little hack thing to get it into the game, which worked fine...the first time i did that and then went back to check the table there was actually another set in the table! i figured having two probably wasnt a good idea though, so i went to finish the quest and then buy them back, but Finnigan didnt seem to want them anymore. later, when i tryed to go back and grab the ones from the table they had disapeared again and i've yet to get them to come back... :-/
