Hmm it is Latin as posted before by someone (sorry forgot the name) and as far as I can tell, it sort of works like this;
Mea = My, Mine Culpa = Culpability, Fault, mistake etc. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
