My photo doesn't do them any justice. We went on a four mile treck around the falls, luckily there was a pub in a village at the top end.
Sorry to say Nero, but everything went swimmingly <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

Gretna Green was OTT on the tourism side, quite a shame i thought. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/down.gif" alt="" />

Well, when i was there, i think really, they were the nicest people i ever met. My birthday was wonderful, in a little place called Galston (where my grandfather was born in Aryshire) and the pub was a place called The Wee Train. I felt so accepted there. It was funny, everyone knew me and Kelly (my sister) were foreigners, as we were drinking pints (i guess most women do not in Scotland) First time i ever had duck.

I am so excited. My cousins will be here from Scotland in two months. Last time they were here, i was 9 months old. I have ever intension of going back.

For those who will go, staying in Glascow. Not becasue it is the nicest city, but cheaper that Eninburgh, and about an hour train ride from Sterling, Enidburgh etc.

For those who may have missed them....
