I have found the 3rd part of the treasure map,and I think I have explored everywhere,but there is a room with two doors and about 4 or 5 chests inside; which I can not enter(you can only go half way round the outside of the room before your way is blocked by pile of rubble and the doors (iron bar type)don't open?

Yes,it's large room down near the bottom of the map over towards left hand side.

throw a teleporter stone inside the room, then use the other one to get in.

If you have Telekenis at level 2 (what I had) then you can get what ever is in the chests. You also need to walk around the perimetre of the room to do this.
