What are you looking for? You can buy good bows in the elf post. I bought a bow there once for around 75k that was top notch. In wastelsnds Kroxy will sell you gold charms. You will end the game with a cash surplus.
is it worth the while to buy a house in verdistis? If there are no better shops, then 30000 isn't too expensive for some xp...
But are there other plus points on buying a house?
Yoy get exp pts. Otherwise no particular benefit. Some folks llike to decorate them with stuff; I'd rather fight than decorate. If I wanted to decorate I'd play sims.
