How old is the game? If the game is really old then WinXP might not support the game. This is a fairly big problem because other older games also don't run on WinXP. My diablo 2 game also doesn't run on my WinXP. This might cause the problem. But I have also looked on the bioware site, but they say that its also runs on a WinXP computer.
