Ok, problem with the teleporter stone solved. Thanks for the tip. The black screen bug happens now and then when you go from one area to another through stairs or ladders. You can see the minimap, but the screen stays black, and you can't move or interact with the environment. Only thing that helps is to reboot my comp and load a savegame.
