Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Council of seven - the imp's orb

I have a slight problem. I was talking to the imp in the inn in verdistis and he told me about going into the orb and stuff, and just before clicking on the answer saying that i want to go there, i decided it would be a good idea to save. So I clicked on the little x and saved, but when I talked to the imp after that all he says is something like : "Are you ready to go now ?" and something else :P . So, how does tis usualy happen, does he give you the orb or what ? Is there any way i can still do this quest( i have other saves but they are a while back so i'd prefer to not use them). You just tell him you want to go. He tells you to touch the orb and you'll be teleported into the orb.
If you don't want to go right now, it should be possible to come back later, though.

Some say it's best to do the Imp last - as one of the jugs you can open in that universe gives you a level up (which is of course most useful when you need tons of exp to gain another level.)
