Ok, I played the demo.. for about 5 minutes.. Which is what I usually play as far as demos go...I don't like to ruin anything... Well, the voice for the death knight sounds like it was recorded in someone's living room with someone just learning english and doesn't know what acting is...
I found an oddness when equipping the characters... The death knight had a sword equipped and i transfered a weapon to the hero and clicked on it and it swapped the weapon from the death knight and equipped that instead! Took the weapon right out of the death knight's hands...
I also found a slight delay when moving the mouse around to explore the map... From the moment I went to the edge to when the camera moves... a noticeable delay.
It ran smooth as can be on my system... and the new graphics system seems clean and a good improvement over the original. I don't mind 2d anything... I loved the graphics of the original...
Is there a hotkey to select all party members or do you have to right click on the characters and go to select all each time?
So, make the inventory system less cumbersome, make the hero/deathknight part system less cumbersome, get that delay out of mouse movement, and hire an ACTOR and not some lacky off the street to record the characters... Just do what you did with the first game! The acting was fine!

As for computers..Yeah, I know it is "cheaper" to buy your own... but when I did that, high quality researched motherboards have failed, memory from crucial has failed... I once had my processor fried from bad electricity in a new apartment. Even at your CHEAPEST, it will not come close to as good of a deal as I got ...and for the next year if anything goes from I get free replacement immediately... If you plan to upgrade every 1.5-2 years.. getting a 600 buck comp like this is the only way to go.. I've been down the "build it yourself" route too many times, and it is just not fun... To each their own... but 600 for a 9800 pro in a full p4 2.8 is daaamn good.
