i made a little tool that can extract the 'ogg' files.

http://zerot.nhlrebel.com/divinity/cmpextract.exe

it will extract the sounds in the current dir.

usage:
cmpextract <file.cmp>

the importer can take a while, because i still don't know the complete file-layout.
