Could anyone explain to me how to make the charms work ? My enchant weapon skill is about 4 now and I can't even apply a minor charm to a lvl 1 charm item. What am I supposed to in fact ? Drop the charm on the item ? Combine them in your inventory ? Or do you actually have to activate the enchant skill ? I'm under the impression that it's a passive skill, so that won't help, I think. Thanks for the help.
