Aphazel, the potato joke started in a time where polls were made in an excessive manner. So one started to put in "potato" as one option to vote for.

And to name these jesters => Barta and Lews <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

@ Kiya

It's nice to see you back.
And the potatoe thing is a good forum joke.
Look at the poll about the Deathknight's voice, once again the potatoe gets the highest score !
It's a way to say : "Don't change the voice, it's not important".
But it does only exist in this forum.
Potatoe for ever <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" />

I loved your pics about the hero and the Deathknight.
Do you have one with a regular warrior girl, with red long hair and the big two hands sword ? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

@ GoldyLocks
I was thinking to change my avatar but when i saw your new pic, i changed my mind.
I like a lot this other picture of Luis Royo. Congratulations.

The story of the potatoe option

Yes the "potatoe option" started in the old Poll thread.
A very great thread with a lot of fun in it but it has been deleted.
Now there is a new Poll thread somewhere in the section "Chat English".

I was not the first to use the "potatoe option", it was the bean.
I thought that it was a great idea and i added a "potatoe option" in all my polls.

Now there is no real poll in these boards without the "potatoe option" in it.
And you can't forget the spelling mistake, you have to write "potato" with a "e".

Lois Royo did a cover for Morgan LLywelyns' (if you like Irish/celtic mythology give her a go...) book the Wind Of Hatings. I love the art work on it.

Luis Royo is an amazing artist. I always wanted to order "Conceptions 2" (sketches).

Yes she is really beautiful but she is less evil than mine.
They are both from the same book "Malefic".

I give again the link of Luis Royo's site for the people who like this artist.

Is english your native language ?
If yes, it's shameful to say things like that in a forum and BTW you have made a spelling mistake.
If not, maybe you did not use the right word.
Please answer to this question.
if you have to bully people with ignorant comments on spelling (which i'm not too good at) then knock yourself out. anyway I THINK the site looks poorly made, graphically, and it looks cheap. Also on a website you kinda need to be able to see the writing, it sort of helps.

Hi Thor the Almighty

If you think that the site looks poorly made say : "the site looks poorly made" and not "it is shameful" because it does not mean the same thing.

[color:"yellow"]A lot of people here do not know that bad comments hurt.[/color]

If you have a constructive critism about a fan site or about the Larian games, say it.
But it is not nice at all to say "your site is shameful", it does not help to make it gooder and it hurts.

When i said "your spelling is wrong", it was just to show you that this kind of bad comment is useless. You understood it very well !

Sometimes when we do not like something, the best is to say nothing about it.
That is own my opinion.

Barta

@Batra
Thank you

@Thor_the_Almighty
This is simply a FAN SITE, not a professional site for Larian Studios or Divinity. Since you have the attitude of a professional web designer why don't you tell me how to make it be loke a professional site or better yet show me. Where is YOUR Fan Site?

I am not trying to start an arguement or cause anyone to get p*ssed off. Constructive critisism would be better than just saying "your site is shameful". Or simply, If you don't like my site, don't visit it.

Respectfully
Goldylocks
