Ok, guess I'm playing evil then => Macchiavellistic => XP and rep for me, as usual.
But still... killing an imp who doesn't defend himself... who was a pet... and with very weak stats... shouldn't a baddie look for opponents instead of victims?
And Pratchett once said => Greebo (the witch cat) lets defeated foes live, so he can enjoy their defeat forever. It would be no fun to kill and miss the triumph by watching your opponent live+cringe in his shame (coarse translation of the German edition)
I even let the imp live who aided the guard in his fight.
Ah, wise as always kiya .
Indeed, a baddie should find worthy opponents but then there are many different baddies; attacking weaklings is work for the marauders and muggers.
^^ That's why I like Terry Pratchett; his books are often more than simplistic entertainment.
I let all the imps live: I love imps
