for that very same reason (some computers not having agp slot), manufacturers still produce PCI cards.
i know that you can get radeon 7500, 9000, and 9200 in PCI version (made by SApphire and many other manufacturers), and i heard geforce FX 5200 is also available (not to mention geforce4 MX). those cards are all powerful enough to run Beyond Divinity and should cost less than 80 EUR.
