I don´t think the graphics card is the major problem for you. I got really surprised (and happy) when I found out that I could run the demo in my Athlon 700, with 192 of RAM and a Voodoo 3000 16Mb <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> without any problem (and you know how outdated 3dfx cards are nowadays). Have you already tryed to lower the resolution to 800x600? Or maybe running it in another OS, like Win98 or XP?
