Under influence of alcohol your brain uses less oxygen. That works anaesthetic. Also on the part of your brain that makes you think about good and wrong and about do and don't do. Acording to your personality you'll get more noisy, relaxed, ignorant, aggressive or melancholic.
The more you drink, the less good your reflexes are. You loose controle over motion and things you say.
The final fase (real alcohol intoxication) is the anaesthetic of the part of the brain that regulates your heart and lung functions. Your heart stops beating and you stop breathing. (becouse your brain doesn't realise/know anymore that you need to do that)
