Ofcourse they can! Don't forget that there is no levelcap, and you can access the fully random Battlefield for extra experience at the end of the game.
Well in theory you can offcourse, I knew that.
But like all other game I have ever played that are sinlgeplayer only, it will practically be inpossible to achieve it.
