Check the blue skin and feet; this looks more like the far left avatar portrait. This character looks sort of like a Raanaar, but with a smaller head, so that may be a tail.
Right, this is a Raanaar woman. And what she wears is actually not "skeleton legs" but the typical raanaar armor. Of course you can see here that the icon not fully matches with the in-game-character, wearing a purple dress. There is still a little bit tuning ahead of us like polishing all the combinations. Also since Raanaar women 3D characters
always have hair. Always!
