most junk food contains some sort of animal product. flavored chips and crackers nearly always have whey, gummy candies have gelatin... so do marshmallows. even bleached sugar isn't vegetarian.

and seth- i'm against all kinds of factory farming involving animals, dairy, meat, poultry all equally.

Yes.
And I think that's a discrase. They keep funding stuff that's unhealthy.
In my opinion it should be the other way around. Unhealthy stuff should cost more and what's good for you should be cheap.
