You know Kabouti since you mentioned it many manga have gothic elements. Take Vampire Princess Miyou (or however it is spelled sorry my japanese suck). And Sailormoon. Did you know that many female goths make their hair like Sailormoon? And Bronze (only for adults please - Binsujo) has many many gothic scenes in. And there are so many other manga titles that have gothic elements and music too. There is also (as I recently discovered) Japanese gothic music too. Malice Mizer is a Japanese gothic band.
